Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. colour photos and b/w illustrations. Blue endpapers with repeating NN logo. xii and 450 pages including index. ISBN: 9780002201506. Barely visible slight grubbiness to text block else a beautiful copy. Pictorial dustwrapper is very slightly grubby to vertical edge of rear panel and is NOT faded to spine (as is often the case).
