B/w photos. Tip-in fold-out map to rear. ISBN: 0715377345. SIGNED by the author (with best wishes) to front endpaper. Bookplate to front pastedown is hidden by front flap of dustwrapper. Text block browned. Endpapers lightly foxed. A few marks to contents. Tipped in map present to rear. Pictorial dustwrapper is price-cut, lightly browned and has some foxing to flaps.
