Almost very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. The great Roman invasion of Britain through the eyes of Bran, the massive war dog. Pale grey boards gilt title to spine. B/w illustrations.
Boards a little grubby and marked. Spine slightly cocked. Text block browned. Name in ink to front endpaper. A few minor marks to contents. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper has a biro scribble to front panel, is worn at corners with slight loss, rear panel is rubbed and grubby with a large grease stain and snail damage to top spine edge.
