Very good condition. Large format. Contemporary binding; red leather spine and corners; raised bands to spine; gilt titles and decorations. All edges gilt. Contains: 'Wales Illustrated, In A Series of Views, North and South (2 vols), plus Westmorland, Cumberland, Durham & Northumberland Illustrated and 'The People's Gallery of Engravings, 4 vols in one. Contains numerous steel engraved plates.
3 plates have been professionally hand-coloured. Wear to cover edges; a little bumping to corners. A few scuff marks to covers and top of spine. Foxing and browning to some pages.
