Very good condition in a poor dustwrapper. From the last essays of Elia. Attractive pictorial boards, cream cloth spine. Blue and yellow decorated endpapers. Pretty colour illustrations on every page. Unpaginated. Pages printed one side only and unopened. 11 x 8.5".

A little wear to spine, corners and cover edges. Small dent to top edge of front cover and tiny dent to top edge of rear cover. Foxing visible on white dress on front cover, a little scuffing to rear cover. Small mark to lower margin of first two text pages and tiny edge tear to edge of first text page. Heavy foxing and browning to prelims and last two pages, of which one is blank and one has green and white illustration. Very little foxing to contents. Dustwrapper has been in two pieces, now held together with brown tape, half of spine missing, pieces remaining are stuck to brown tape. Clear tape across spine on front. Panels and flaps are edge worn and creased. Brown tape along bottom edge and top of folds on verso. Scarce in dustwrapper.
