A thorough and entertaining discourse on the art of hunting by orthodox methods. Numerous b/w engravings. Blue/green cloth. 3rd impression. Spotting and some damp marking to covers. Front cover also has a school library gilt stamp. Bookplate to front pastedown. Foxing and browning to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is edge-rubbed with some grubby marks; tiny nicks and chips at edges.
