Good condition. De Luxe edition limited to 300 numbered copies and signed by the illustrator. White cloth, blue borders and orange tree design with gilt titles. 75 tissue-guarded plates. Top edge gilt.
SIGNED by the artist (no dedication) and numbered 128 (of 300). Spine browned, boards marked and grubby. Top & tail of spine worn and fraying. Front hinge pulled with residue surface paper from front endpaper stuck to half-title page. Rear hinge pulled wide, free rear endpaper is stuck to rear pastedown (possibly a binding error). Some inner hinges pulled else the binding is tight. Some foxing present especially to tissue-guards but not the plates themselves. Small damp stain to margins and lower corner of last few pages and plates.
