Almost very good condition in a good dustwrapper. A book of the joy of the tideways, saltings and creeks. Memorable word-pictures for wild-fowler, naturalist and bird-watcher alike. Grey cloth, gilt titles to front cover and spine. 16 glorious colour illustrations plus b/w drawings.
Spine and corners slightly bumped. Damp stains to lower edges of covers. Covers very slightly warped. Name in ink to front endpaper. Endpapers browned/foxed but contents otherwise clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn and torn with tape repairs and grubby marks to rear panel and spine.
