Blue cloth spine (no title), blue paper boards with title to front board. B/w photos and fold-out diagrams. Boards heavily rubbed, spine rubbed and starting to split at edges. One fold-out diagram has a closed tear (no loss). A few grubby marks to contents.
With a covering memorandum by the Secretary of State for the Home Department. Paperwraps. Presented July 1938. Vertical crease to covers and pages. Some browning to covers. Initials in ink to top of front cover.
