Some darkening to boards and a few marks. Front Joint cracked meaning frontis is partially detached. Rear joint is also cracked as are several hinges meaning the binding is a little loose. Possibly two plates and rear endpaper missing. Inscription in ink to front endpaper (dated 1927) and to verso of frontis. Some colouring of b/w illustrations. Some page browning. Grubby marks. A reading copy only.
