Spine slightly faded and rear cover a bit grubby. Name plate to front pastedown. Some grubby fingermarks to page margins. One plate is detached but still present.

Eight b/w illustrations by Crane, seven of which are full page. 237 pages plus catalogues. 7 x 4.5". Dated from catalogue at rear (May 1885). Spine is a bit cocked and browned; bumping and wear. Corner are bumped. Front joint is weak and cracked - can see webbing through; some hinges internally are pulled. Rear joint also a bit cracked. Page edge browning.
