Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Second Edition. Grey cloth boards with burgundy titles. 16 colour plates and 36 b/w plates, 2 maps. Top edge burgundy. Top & tail of spine slightly worn else boards clean. Text block browned. Gift inscription in ink to front endpaper. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is heavily browned, edge-worn with a few chips, front panel is detached from spine edge and clumsily fixed with brown tape to verso, couple of water stains to spine, minor foxing to rear panel.

Jimmy Linnet is a most charming character, and always seems to turn up at the right time to help his many woodland friends when they are in trouble. White pictorial boards. Colour & b/w illustrations. 48 pages. A few brown marks to rear board (rust?). Contents beautifully bright and clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is grubby and is marked to rear panel (rust spots?).
