Boards are a little faded and scuffed, spine is faded and mottled, gilt title to spine has rubbed off over time. Text block browned. Lengthy gift inscription in ink to front endpaper. A few foxspots present mainly to endpapers and prelims. One hinge pulled but binding overall is tight.
