Some foxing and fingering and light page browning to contents.

Cloth spine, pictorial front board shows children putting flag into top of a sand castle. Mounted colour frontis. B/w text illustrations. First story is "The New Yacht". Spine worn and split at top and tail. Corners worn. Scuff marks to rear cover and a few light scratch marks to front. Prize inscription in ink to front endpaper. Hinges are pulled causing contents to be loose, one gather is almost detached but just holding on. Some grubby fingermarks to contents.
