Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Blue cloth spine with black title, blue pictorial boards. Delightful full page colour pictures. B/w page header and footer on text page. Browning and small fade marks to spine. Corners are bumped, with wear. Foxing to endpapers, margins and outer page edges. Inscriptions in ink to verso of front endpaper. Wrapper is creased with foxing, some tears and chips/nicks, but minimal loss.

SIGNED by author, with dedication to a previous owner on title page. Foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is edge-creased with brown spots to rear panel.

Front lower corner has small diagonal split across laminate & surface paper. Top & tail of spine lightly rubbed. Boards are bright. Name in belongs to box. NOT price-cut. Dot-to-dot completed in pen. Magic paintings DONE fairly neatly. Light crinkling to some pages as a result of the dampness when magic paintings were completed. Small closed tear to top of page 61 (affects margin only).

A vivid, fast-moving story of an unusual adventure on the Grand Union Canal. Orange cloth. B/w illustrations. 164 pages. Staining to boards. Spine slightly cocked. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Some colouring to b/w frontis. Pictorial dustwrapper is heavily repaired with tape to verso which has aged and is now showing through to the front. Some surface paper loss to rear panel of dustwrapper and some loss to spine.
