The story of the Pytchley fox. 9.25 x 6 ins. Green cloth with cream spine. 13 full page wood engravings and 37 b/w chapter headers and footers. Some bumping to spine and corners. Spine and cream cloth on covers browned. Light stain to top corner of text block which affects page edges in first half of book. Two blue spots to prelims. Foxing, mainly to endpapers and prelims. One hinge cracked. Dustwrapper has 2.5" missing from base of spine and loss to top with tears. Other small pieces of loss to edges. Clear tape repairs on verso to panel tears. Rear panel is grubby, all is foxed.

Bumping to base of spine and top corners. Small dent to rear cover. Spine a little faded. A few light fox spots to text block. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is just slightly edge worn with a couple of ripples to laminate on rear panel.
