Introduction by Tim Heald. Brown cloth boards, brown title block with gilt title to spine. Corn dolly motif to front board. B/w wood engravings. Top edge brown. xiv and 348 pages. Second printing. Spine ligthly faded (only noticeable when out of the slipcase). Minor foxing to text block. Contained in publisher's slipcase which is lightly scuffed and has a small knock to one closed edge.
