Edited and introduced by Katherine Prior. 3/4 buckram cloth with pictorial front board and gilt title. Large oblong format. Endpapers are maps. Full page colour illustrations throughout. xix and 329 pages including index.
A lovely copy contained in publisher's slipcase which is shelf-scuffed on non-illustrated sides.
