Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. The vivid stories of a suicidal attack on the Schamorst, a night-time torpedo attack on Cherbourg, the winning of a Victoria Cross, a dramatic episode in the 'Channel Dash', the strange events that followed the death of a Commanding Officer, the sinking of an Italian Cruiser, the sky-jacking of an enemy aircraft and a forced landing in the middle of a battle in North Africa. Black boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos.

Dustwrapper is lightly edge-rubbed and a little marked to rear panel.
