Very good condition.
Two volumes. Quarter bound with black leather, gilt titles and raised bands on spines and marbled boards. 292 & 295 pages. A collection of short stories. Slight wear to cover edges. Rear joint or volume 1 and front joint of volume 2 cracked. Each volume is inscribed in ink to 7 year old Mary Senior Clark who grew up to be an author notably of "Lost Legends of the Nursery Songs" published in 1870. Some foxing to contents but generally clean.
