Almost very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. Michael doesn't remember his father, a RAF pilot shot down in WW II. But then Auntie Snowdrop gives him a medal and a photograph which reveal a hidden history. Black boards with gilt title to spine. Black and white illustrations. 222 pages.
Spine and corners bumped. A few marks to covers. Hinge starting to crack by title page. Tears and creasing to outside edges of pages 39-42 and 207-212. A couple of small marks to text block, contents generally clean. Dustwrapper is very edge worn in places with creasing and chips.
