Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Very large, heavy format (12.25 x 9.75"). 265 pages. 10 colour plates (printed on brown paper) plus colour illustrations at the beginning and end of each chapter. Inside the book the publisher is listed as The Griffon Press Ltd. An extra set of the 10 colour plates are contained in an envelope at the back of the book.
Spine and corners bumped, some very slight spotting to top edge of front cover. Foxing to contents. All 10 of the extra prints present, slightly ragged top edges. Dustwrapper is worn and torn with slight loss to spine and corners and a little grubby/marked. Dustwrapper states "Selfridge's Book Department 21/-".
