Revised Seventh Edition. The evolution of the present regimental badges from the numbered regiments of foot up until 1881, of the Volunteers, of the Territorials, of the Home Guard, military cyclists, Kitchener's Army, the Brigade of the Gurkhas and many unusual units. The period of 1881 to the present day is covered by illustrations of almost 800 badges. Red cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w illustrations. 224 pages including index. ISBN: 0850527589. Light shelf wear to top & tail of spine. A few minor marks to boards. A few minor foxspots mainly to text block and endpapers. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly creased, scuffed to rear panel.

With photographs of over 600 badges from 1881 to 1970 (in b/w). ISBN: 0854220151. Marks and wear, with chipping to cover edges and corners. Some page browning and foxing. Wrapper is edge-creased with grubby marks and some nicks and tears; minimal loss.
