Almost very good condition. Aspects of the flour milling process, modern at the time of publication in 1936. Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. A few b/w diagrams and charts.

Ex-lib with usual markings. Spine is cocked, library number to base. Hinges pulled but binding tight. Small booksellers sticker to front pastedown and small name ink stamp to front free-endpaper. Light rubbing to board edges. Text block lightly browned and slightly grubby. A few marks to contents and a few pencil annotations present.
