Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. The Art of Falconry Being the De Arte Venandi Cum Avibus of Frederick II of Hohenstaufen translated and edited by Wood and Fyfe. De Arte Venandi cum Avibus was originally written shortly before the year 1250. This is a reissue of the 1943 edition. Large format. Green cloth boards, gilt title and tooling to spine. Colour frontis. B/w illustrations. cx + 637 pages.
Spine and corners slightly bumped. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is a bit grubby and worn, label removed from rear panel has left a sticky patch.
