Introduction by Derek Parker. Terracotta cloth, pictorial onlay to front cover. Pictorial endpapers. B/w illustrations. Top edge red. Front endpapers have been glued together during the binding process, title block to spine slightly rubbed. Else a lovely copy contained in publisher's slipcase which is just slightly grubby (VG+).
