The full story of the highly successful B.B.C. - London Zoo expedition to British Guiana, that went to film in the wild, and bring back alive, "some of the strangest, some of the loveliest, and some of the most horrifying animals in the world". Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos and 5 colour.
Second impression in the same year and month as the first impression. Spine is heavily spotted, front board has a couple of marks. Small bookshop label to front pastedown. Text block lightly browned. Contents clean. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and chipped, scratch and a grubby mark to front panel. Overall a decent copy.
