Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Against a background of elegance and splendour, the children of the house grew up together until the First World War shattered their private world and opened the way to independence. A little bumping to spine and corners. Board edges a little browned. A couple of light marks to edge of text block, otherwise contents are clean. Vertical edges untrimmed. Dustwrapper is edge worn. Rear panel is grubby.
