Dark green cloth boards, gilt titles. B/w illustrations. x and 383 pages. Vertical edges of spine worn with a 2" split to lower front edge, top & tail worn. Edges of boards lightly rubbed and worn at corners. Name in ink to front pastedown. Some browning and grubby marks to contents. Front hinge cracked but binding is tight. Musty odour present.

Text block very slightly dusty, small foxspot to top of vertical edge. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is price-cut by publisher and has publisher's price sticker to front flap, is lightly edge creased across top edge of front panel with a small closed tear (no loss), scuffed to rear panel.
