Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
Red cloth, black title to spine. B/w illustrations. Cheap edition. Spine and corners very slightly bumped. Cover edges very slightly rubbed. Some light foxing. A small margin tear to one page. Contents clean. Second Impression dustwrapper is edge creased and torn, spine is slightly grubby. Wrapper is generally complete (very minimal loss at spine and corners). A nice copy of the cheap edition published in same year as the first edition.

Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Covers slightly bowed. Light spotting and damp staining to covers. Inscription in ink to front pastedown has been scribbled over. Small piece of lower corner of frontis torn off (actual illustration not affected). Page browning and foxing else contents clean. Some light corner creases and margin tears.

Some foxing to first few and last few pages else contents clean. A nice copy of a very early reprint.
