Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Large (and very heavy) format. Blue cloth boards with gilt title to spine. Colour & b/w illustrations. 2150 species described. 1047 pages (including index). A comprehensive volume. ISBN: 1868120325. Second impression of this edition. Spine and corners bumped and rubbed, heavy bumping to top front corner. Foxing and some page browning else contents clean. Dustwrapper is foxed on verso and is edge worn with small tears, rear panel is slightly grubby.
