Almost very good condition.
With coloured figures of the species and principal varieties. Green cloth with gilt title decorations. 12 colour plates. xl and 362 pages including index plus 2 page publisher advert to rear. Boards are damp stained, worn/rubbed at corners. Top & tail of spine shelf-worn. Slight lean to contents. Joints cracked, thus frontispiece, half-title and free front endpaper detached. One or two foxspots to contents but generally clean. All plates present. Overall, pretty good for a book almost 200 years old!
