Cook's Guide. viii and 288 pages including index plus 68 pages of advertisments to rear. Spine rubbed at front & rear edge, text block grubby. Endpapers browned. Small piece of loss to top corner of front endpaper. Writing in ink to rear endpapers. A few grubby & age related marks present. All maps present. Some hinges pulled. Overall, a nice working copy.

Colour photos throughout. ISBN: 0714841757. Board edges lightly knocked else a lovely copy. Pictorial dustwrapper is heavily faded to spine (no title visible) and is slightly grubby.
