Colour & b/w illustrations and distribution maps throughout. ISBN: 019854099X. Volume 1 - spine is concave but the binding is tight. Contents of both volumes are clean. Dustwrapper of volume I is creased and faded to spine. Dustwrapper of volume 2 is lightly faded to spine. Contained in publisher's slipcase which is lightly scuffed.
