Some of Aldin's best work went into this, one of his favourite books. Two volumes. Red cloth, gilt titles and vignette. 12 colour plates in each volume plus numerous text illustrations. Top edges gilt. Spines and corners bumped. Spines sunned with gilt dulled. Light foxing to contents else clean copies. All plates present.
