Being the Last Essays of Richard Jefferies With an Introduction and Notes by Samuel J. Looker. Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w wood engravings. Top edge green. 388 pages. Spine has a slight lean. A few marks to boards. Bookplate to front endpaper. A little foxing to endpapers. Else contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper has a large closed tear to lower half of front panel repaired to verso with selotape and a smaller closed tear to top of front panel (no loss), has some foxing and is a little grubby.
