Raucous, anarchic, exquisite and moving... Large oblong format. Green boards with gilt title to spine. Colour illustrations throughout. ISBN: 0224019163. Some fading to spine and cover edges. Wrapper is creased with 1" tear to base of spine; couple of other small nicks to corners.
