ISBN: 0850453232. SIGNED by the author to the half title-page. Spine and corners lightly bumped. Light foxing to textblock. Dustwrapper is edge rubbed and slightly browned.

Black cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w and colour photos. 245 pages including index. ISBN: 0902280686. A few minor creases to contents else contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly edge-creased, has a mark from the remains of a label to top of front panel, top edge of rear panel is missing some laminate and has a closed tear to top edge of spine.
