Slightly grubby.

Residue of label mark to top of front cover. Name in ink to front pastedown. Endpapers are browned. Couple of hinges are pulled. Contents clean. Pictorial wrapper is edge worn with a few small tears. Spine is browned.

Three colour plates, blue and black illustrations throughout. Some scuffing to covers; part of wrapper is stuck to front cover. Contents are very good. Wrapper is torn and chipped, with creasing and loss; faded.

Some light wear to cover edges. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Some foxing and browning; a few grubby margin marks. Wrapper is chipped to corners, with a little loss; some grubby marks.

Orange boards, red spine. Gilt lettering and vignette. Colour pictorial endpapers. 39 stories and puzzles. Numerous colour illustrations. 192 pages. First story is: "I Dare You To!" illustrated by Hilda McGavin. Minimal bumping to spine and corners. Spine edges faded at top and bottom. Inscription to half-title page with date. Contents which are in very good condition but have a slight musty smell. Dustwrapper is edge creased, has a couple of small closed tears and small areas of loss. Also slightly grubby with a browned spine. Reverse is foxed.
Blue boards, silver titles. B/w frontis plate and text illustrations. 343 pages. Spine bumped, cover edges slightly rubbed. Light foxing throughout else contents clean. Price-cut wrapper is worn and torn at edges with some slight loss to spine and corners, rear panel is a bit grubby.

Blue cloth spine with gilt title, pale blue boards with gilt title and vignette to front. Colour plates and text illustrations. 156 pages. First story is "One Christmas Eve". Light wear to cover edges. Name and address in ink to half-title page. Dot-to-dot on page 73 completed. Page 96/97 have some surface paper damage. It looks like at one time, the pages got a little damp and the pages were stuck together next to spine. Now some of page 97 (illustration page) has stuck to edges of page 96, making a 1" hole in illustration, so affecting illustration to verso of page 97. Rest of contents are excellent. Pictorial wrapper is a little edge-torn and chipped, with only a couple of small chips of loss.
Green boards, black title to spine. B/w illustrations. Spine split for 2" from base and 1" from top. Name in ink to front endpaper. Wrapper torn with loss.
