Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Thirteen essays written between 1945 and 1969 on the theme of Palladio and his influence in England, especially on Inigo Jones, Burlington and Kent. Brown cloth boards, gilt title to spine, publisher's logo to front. B/w illustrations and photos.

Endpapers and text block browned, contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is faded in places and is rubbed at corners and front edge.
