Blue cloth boards, gilt title to spine. Colour & b/w photos. Printed on glossy paper. vi and 162 pages plus appendices.

A few minor scuffs to boards. Glossy paper is slightly sticking but easily prised apart without damage. Otherwise a very nice copy. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly scuffed.
