Joshua (Joe) Sieger was one of the pioneers of broadcasting research and development in the 1930's that led to the development of high definition television. In later life, he invented a gas detector and in 1959 founded a firm bearing his name that by 1982, had become the leading gas detection firm worldwide. Grey boards, silver title to spine.
