Small format. Cloth spine, pale pink boards. Colour & b/w illustrations. Hinges cracked. 1 page torn with a little loss. Pictorial wrapper is a little grubby and edge-torn with some loss.
Revised edition. Green pictorial boards. Colour & b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Endpapers lightly browned. Some fingermarks to pages but generally clean.
Illustrated paper boards. Reinforced library binding with plain endpapers and blue/white tile illustrations on fly-leaves. Charming and extensive blue, black and white illustrations.
