Final illustration has tear to centre. Grubby marks throughout.

Book is affected by damp with staining and red 'bleeding' to page edges (especially towards the front of the book). Inscription in ink (dated 1909) to front endpaper. Scattered foxing. Text is legible and illustrations are clean.
