Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn. Prize plate to front free-endpaper. Some stitching pulled but binding still tight. A couple of page corner tips torn off but no loss of text.

First story is "Mr. Old Year" by Mrs. Molesworth. Spine and corners bumped, crease in cloth to lower front corner. Covers slightly grubby and spine lightly browned. Endpapers browned. Large tear to page 57/8 which has been repaired with white stickers at margins. Some other, small margin tears and some hinges pulled. Contents still tightly bound.

Some margin marks and foxing, but contents are still generally very good in this more unusual format of this title!
