SIGNED by the author (no dedication) to title page. Boards clean and bright. Minor corner crease to a couple of pages else a lovely copy contained in publisher's red card slipcase with very light wear.

Front joint is cracked. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Foxing to endpapers. Light finger-creases to page margins. Price-cut dustwrapper is grubby and edge worn, loss to top of spine. Title on rear panel of wrapper (Sweet Home) has been crossed out.
