Edited by Strang. Large format. Beige cloth spine with black title and decorations. Pictorial covers. Colour frontis and other colour plates through book. First story is 'Lost, Stolen or Strayed' by Hugh Banstead. Some bumping to spine. Wear to cover edges. Browned rectangle marks to first few pages, including front pastedown and front endpaper - possibly a bookplate has been removed. Names in pencil in belongs to box. Damp marks to rear pastedown and endpaper. Book has been a little repaired. Light surface paper loss to last page, which is affecting text.

Inscription in ink to half-title. Contents lightly browned but clean. A couple of hinges pulled. Dustwrapper is edge-worn and torn with loss (1" loss to lower edge of front panel). A lovely bright copy.
