Good condition. Large format. 11.5 x 9". Three-quarter burgundy leather binding. Gilt titles and decorations to spine. Marbled endpapers. 52 plates, each with two b/w views plus engraved title page. Lancashire Illustrated in a Series of Views, showing Towns, Public Buildings, Streets, Docks, Churches, Antiquities, Abbeys, Castles, Seats of the Nobility Etc. Engraved on Steel by Robert Wallis.

Book: all plates present. Front joint broken. Some foxing throughout. Spine edges rubbed. Corners worn.
