Almost very good condition. A classic aviation memoir of the First World War - as seen from the German viewpoint, and therefore presenting a totally different and little-appreciated story. Blue cloth, gilt title to spine. B/w photos.

Spine browned and marked, shelf-worn at top and tail. Corners of boards lightly worn. Spine is cocked. Text block browned. Prize plate to front pastedown. A few foxspots and margin marks present.
