Red boards with gilt title to cream cloth spine. Colour frontis. B/w full page illustrations throughout. 261 pages. Reprint. Vertical reading crease to spine, boards a little grubby. Text block browned. Some foxing present, especially to prelims end endpapers. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper is in two halves with most of the spine missing, edge worn with loss, creased, repaired to verso with clear tape, yellowed with age.
